Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy (medium speed for 2-3 minutes).
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually stir into the creamed mixture until just combined. Mix in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
Drop 1.5 inch size blobs onto ungreased cookie sheets. You can roll the dough into balls but it's quite sticky.
Bake for 10 -12minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
