Soft, sweet, and irresistible. These cookies are amazing! They're easy to make and sure to please a crowd, or just you!

The recipe is here and pictures of the process are below.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp. baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy (medium speed for 2-3 minutes).

  • Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

  • Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually stir into the creamed mixture until just combined. Mix in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate.

  • Drop 1.5 inch size blobs onto ungreased cookie sheets. You can roll the dough into balls but it's quite sticky.

  • Bake for 10 -12minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.

  • 32 servings.
