I've been using this recipe for 3 years now and it's very balanced and delicious. You can change it up as you please, but I always come back to this recipe for it's texture and flavor.
Ingredients:
1 medium or large banana (frozen is fine)
1/3 cup plain yogurt or greek yogurt
½ cup high pulp orange juice
1 handful spinach (frozen is fine)
3-4 strawberries (frozen is fine)
¼ cup blueberries or other berries (frozen is fine)
1 tbsp. chia seeds (optional)
Directions:
You can eyeball the measurements, it doesn't need to be exact.
Blend everything together. Then let sit about 5 minutes so chia seeds can soften.
