A rich indulgent cheesy and spicy sandwich that really hits the spot! The cheeses meld together with the kimchi to create a beautifully savory and decadent lovechild. The cheese mellows out the kimchi and the kimchi balances out the cheese! And if you pair this with sourdough bread you may have just found your own little heaven :)
